Kogi BBQ Busted Eating at Jack In The Box
Tweet
Where does the Kogi BBQ truck crew eat when their late-night shift is over? Jack In The Box, of course! Just a few days ago, the Kogi truck was parked near Eagle Rock and Colorado Boulevard. The line, as usual, was obscene. It was already late, but LA Foodie Betsy decided to hang back and see if the truck had another destination that night. That way, we would be the first in line at the next stop. When the line finally dwindled down to nothing, the truck packed-up and made a beeline for the closest Jack In The Box. We ran up to the truck an asked if there was any deliciousness left, and Kogi told us that everything was sold out. There wasn’t anything left for them to even feed themselves with. We joked with the Kogi guys about their choice of wee-hour cuisine, and they chuckled right along with us. And in typical Kogi fashion, they invited us to pose with the Kogi truck and staff for the LA Foodie blog. We love these guys, and we love their tacos.

Is a Kogi BBQ taco worth an hour's wait? Yes.

If Jack In The Box is good enough for Kogi, it's good enough for me.
