So not only do you steal the Cobb Salad photo from my website and republish it without my permission, and without giving me credit, but then you pretend that it's Disneyland's?

I used to work at the Plaza Inn! Although mainly I worked at the now defunct Plaza Pavilion, which is now, strangely, an annual pass processing center and, other times, pin trading post (???). I started off as a dish washer and moved up to food runner. The food runner got to don a chef's outfit (one of the few perks), so everyone thought I was the chef - an idea I'm not sure I was very proud of.

The long gone Tahitian Terrace used to be the best restaurant at Disneyland serving a killer sweet/savory shrimp dish.

The corn dogs used to be amazing at the two Anaheim parks. Not anymore unfortunately. The smoked turkey legs are pretty tasty.

'Nuff geeking out! Later!

Fun fact: If you're wearing a birthday pin from City Hall, you get a whole BAG of 5 warm tortillas at the Misson factory!

Suprisingly nice looking food compared with the food the theme parks near me offer. Would be nice to see the price so I could compare to what near me in Australia (eg $9 for a plain hotdog with tomato sauce!)

I've been trying to find a copy-cat recipe of that broccoli soup. I've had it twice now. A year ago, and then last week when I was there. To die for! Anyone have an idea of a duplicate recipe?!
