		<description>It seems to me that majority of inexpensive food in America is fast food. But just because it&#039;s &quot;fast food&quot; doesn&#039;t mean it has to be a fast food chain like those pictured above. There is plenty of fast food here in Southern California that serves fresh, all-natural fare and sells it at the same price as a Whopper and a box of fries.

I always thought a cool cookbook idea would be a guide to local fast food. The best of hamburger stands, noodle shops, pizza by the slice, etc. would be covered. The book could show that you don&#039;t have to spend much to get great food.

Hopefully people get a little bit of that from Los Angeles Foodie.</description>
