J & R Burger on Rosecrans in Gardena has been featured on the Food Networks "Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives" for their most awesome burgers and
cheap prices. It is a dive, most order to go, whatever you do call ahead or expect 30 min wait. DON'T MISS THIS BURGER!!

After reading this review, a friend and I decided we would try the #1 and 2 place on this list. We just left pie and burger and I can tell you that the burgers we good but it does not out weigh the price. Don't let the picture here deceive you. The burgers are small, similar to in n out, and cost 35 cents to add tomatoes. The fries were good with little added salt and a side of there thousand island dressing. as for the pie we got the cheesecake and I can say that was really good. Probably the best I've had in a long time. All in all pie n burger was good and satisfied my taste buds but with a $13 combo + tip that includes cheeseburger, fries, and a coke (only 2 refills with a really small cup by the way) it was not worth it by any means. If I were to go again I would only order the pie
